ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that online shopping—especially from mobile devices—can sometimes lead to accidental purchases or sudden changes of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it through one of our contact methods listed at the bottom of this page. After this period, your order may already be in production or processing, and cancellation will no longer be possible. 

REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY

While we strive to ensure every product meets our quality standards, errors can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for a refund or replacement request.

Eligible Cases

  • Item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or design).

Ineligible Cases

  • Change of mind after 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Wrong size ordered — each product includes a detailed size chart to help you choose accurately.

  • Any other issues caused by customer error or misuse.

How to Submit a Request

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

  • Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue or defect.

  • Allow 2–3 business days for us to review your request.

  • We will email you with our decision and the next steps.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OPTIONS

If your request is approved, you may choose either:

  • Return & Refund: Once confirmed, we will initiate your refund within 1–3 business days. The funds should appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 days. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately.

  • Replacement: We’re happy to send you a replacement for the same or lower-priced item at no extra cost.
